Semi-Remote Associate Attorney
Compensation: $85,000+/yr DOE; PTO & Sick Leave; 401(k); Health, Dental, & Vision Insurance
The Law Office of Brett H. Pritchard is hiring a lawyer or attorney with 2+ years of experience to join our team. You will assist our litigation team with CPS, family-, and criminal-law cases in Williamson, Travis, Comal, and Hays county and surrounding areas, as well as remote cases around the state. The majority of your work will be remote, though your in-office presence will be required from time to time.

The Law Office of Brett H. Pritchard was founded in 1999. Since then, the office has successfully handled thousands of cases for our Texas-based clients. We are one of the largest law firms in the Killeen-Temple area and are known for our exceptional client care and prowess in the courtroom.
Who You Are:
You are a lawyer with two or more years of experience practicing law. You are hard-working, professional, and proud of your work. You possess superior verbal and written communication skills. Above all, you want to be recognized as a kick-ass litigator and want to help your clients obtain the most favorable outcome for their cases.
What You Will Do:
As a new member of our litigation team, you will handle criminal defense, family law, and CPS cases. Initial obligations include the following:
- Preparing legal documents & correspondence
- Attending trials and hearings
- Meeting with clients to review for and prepare their case
- Filing with courts and government agencies
- Timekeeping
