LEGAL EXPERIENCE
Tim is a native central Texan, graduating high school in Milam County. During law school, he interned for the Combined Law Enforcement Assocation of Texas and for Crime Stoppers International. After law school, Tim clerked for the Honorable Justice Bob McCoy of the Second Court of Appeals in Fort Worth drafting briefs on both criminal and civil matters. Tim handles cases in all aspects of Family law including divorce and custody. In addition, Tim has over ten years of experience practicing bankruptcy law in Federal courtrooms throughout Texas and New Mexico. Tim derives great satisfaction from working effectively with and achieving desired outcomes for clients who are facing difficult life challenges.
