It's legal if you leave. If not, she's going to have to go get a court order, or he's going to have to get a court order to get you out of the house. That would require a temporary temporary orders hearing. In order to get that, you need to file for temporary orders, which would necessarily mean you probably need to get a good attorney to handle that.
